Facilitation Work

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” - Benjamin Franklin

About

I began my career as a practising barrister at a leading London set, where I built a busy civil practice and regularly appeared in trials nationwide.

Alongside advocacy work, I also delivered in-house training to solicitors. I then transitioned into higher education as a senior lecturer at a leading UK university, delivering lectures and professional skills training to aspiring lawyers and external delegates while also coaching and mentoring students. My sessions were consistently rated “outstanding.”

Having witnessed firsthand the barriers that hold people back in the workplace (masking, poor support structures, unsupportive leadership and stigma around mental health) I observed what enables people to thrive (inclusivity, open communication, authenticity, psychological safety and supportive leadership).

Driven by my long-standing interest in personal and professional development, I retrained as a self-leadership coach and corporate facilitator.

I now draw on my diverse background in law, academia and coaching to support individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.

Expertise

I deliver training, facilitate team coaching sessions and speak on a wide range of topics including coaching, leadership, self-leadership, psychological safety, public speaking, authenticity, high-performance, resilience, DEI, healthy masculinity and mental health.

I facilitate sessions for all, but my specialty is in helping men in organisations and teams to become effective self-leaders through targeted, tailored group programmes.
