What is Self- Leadership?
Self-leadership is the practice of becoming an effective leader of your own life.
We’re often taught how to lead and support others, but rarely how to lead and support ourselves.
I know this firsthand…
During my legal career, I reached the depths of burnout and panic disorder.
That’s why I’ve made it my life’s work to ensure others get the support I never had.
Drawing on years of personal and professional experience, I’ve developed a self-leadership framework to empower other men to flourish in all areas of their lives.
The Three Levels of Self- Leadership
From my own personal and professional experience I have observed how self-leadership unfolds across three interconnected levels - external leadership, mindset leadership and core leadership.
As we deepen in each of these, we move closer to what I call the ‘Sovereign Self’ - our most aligned, centered and authentic state of being.
From this place, you stop leading from a place of stress, overwhelm and disconnection and start leading from a place of clarity, calm and deep inner knowing.
You let go of what no longer serves you, your confidence grows, you deepen your relationship with yourself and those around you and the noise begins to quieten.

External Leadership

While mastery of the levels of self-leadership isn’t always a linear journey, in my experience, real change often begins at the outermost layer: the external.
Only then can we meaningfully shift to the mindset before ultimately reconnecting with the deeper core of who we are and the world around us.
We start by creating space and stability in your environment and commitments and by simplifying your external world - habits, relationships and environment. This creates the breathing space needed to set boundaries, restore energy and prevent burnout.

At this deepest level, we reconnect with your true self - your values, desires, highest self and purpose. From this grounded place, we cultivate intuitive and aligned leadership that guides your life from the inside out.
