Am I alone in thinking like this?

Every client asks me the same question… From the outside, they appear to have it all figured out. But behind the scenes, they’re wrestling: 👉 The relentless pressure to keep going, no matter what. 👉 The crushing weight of expectation and responsibility. 👉 The constant fear of dropping the ball and letting others down. 👉 The ‘you’re not good enough’ voice. 👉 The inability to switch off. I understand because I used to fight the same battle. Chasing ‘perfectionism’. Trying to please everyone and do it all. Unable to switch off. No boundaries. No self-care. Exhausted. Isolated. Full of shame. When I finally mustered up the courage to speak to someone, I was worried too that I might be ‘the only one’. And I nearly didn’t share my story. I nearly didn’t get the support I needed out of fear. Why is it most of us feel like this then? 👉 Because shame thrives in silence. 👉 Because, as men, we’ve been conditioned to perform, suppress and provide – at all costs. 👉 Because, as a society, we still don’t normalise these conversations enough. 💡So, if you’re sitting there wondering: “Am I alone in thinking this way ?” Please know.. You’re not. You're really, really not. I get it. My clients get it. Other people get it. Every man (and any other human being) deserves a space to be fully seen, heard and supported. You don't need to do this alone. There is another way.

I am someone who gets it, and has the tools to help you take back control.
